Remuneration policy

Phihong provides salaries and benefits that are better than market standards, adhering to the concept of sharing with employees. If there is a profit in the year, no less than 10% will be allocated to employee remuneration; annual salary reviews are conducted to measure internal and external salary levels. (1) Cars: PhiHong provides employee parking lots. Please park your car on both sides of the company roundabout after 08:30 on the registration day. After completing the registration procedure, please apply for a parking space with the general affairs department.

Welcome to join us. Please read the following information in detail and arrive at the designated location at the designated time in your happy mood.

1. Arrive at the designated check-in location at 08:30 am on time.
2. In the event of natural disasters (such as typhoons) or force majeure factors, and the personnel administration bureau announces the suspension of work (at the place of residence, work or commuting), the reporting date will be postponed by one day.
We sincerely welcome you to join Phihong Technology. The materials to be paid on the day of registration are as follows. Please prepare in advance:
1. Original and photocopy of ID card.
2. Original and photocopy of the highest academic qualification certificate.
3. Health insurance transfer form.
4. One full-face, two-inch color photo in the past three months.
5. A copy of the cover of Hua Nan Bank’s points deposit account.
6. Original certificate of registration of the previous company.
7. Health inspection report within the past year/original expense receipt
Please ensure that the health checkup is completed before the registration date and submit the health checkup report on the day of registration. If unable to submit on the same day, bring the health checkup payment receipt as proof and submit it within one month.
Please refer to the “General Physical and Health Examination Record Form for Workers” for the items of the health checkup.
The health checkup expenses are initially borne by the individual. After a probation period of three months, assistance in handling health checkup expenses will be provided by the company’s health care team.
Reports received within one year prior to the registration date are considered valid.
